Bachelor Degree Study Information for Prospective Students
Applicants for Bachelor Degree Study should have academic credentials that equate with Chinese senior high school. They should be under 30 and will learn academic courses for undergraduates if they could pass the entrance examination. The study period is about 4 or 5 years.

Master Degree Study Information for Prospective Students
Applicants for Master Degree Study should have academic credentials that equate with Bachelor's Degree in China. They should be under 35 and provide academic credentials paper and at least two recommendation letters issued by associate professors or above. The applicants who pass entrance examination can be the candidates for Master's Degree. The study period is 2 or 3 years.

Doctorate Degree Study Information for Prospective Students
Applicants for Doctorate Degree Study should have academic credentials that equate with Master's Degree in China. They should be under 40 and provide academic credentials paper and at least two recommendation letters issued by associate professors or above. The applicants who pass entrance examination can be the candidates for a Doctorate Degree. The study period is 3 years.

Application Procedures & Materials

Bachelor Degree:

  1. Applicants should be below the age of 30.
  2. Applicants for Bachelor Degree Study should complete the Communication University of China Application Form for Foreign Students and the Warranty and provide the copy paper of certificate of completion of senior high school studies, transcript and the English version that has been notarized and the examination certificate of Chinese Language HSK grade 6 (We will check the original and keep the copy).

    • Send all Application materials to the Foreign Affairs Department.

  3. Pay the registration fee of 400 RMB per person by Bank Transfer.
  4. The students, who study at CUC must arrange accidental insurance and medical insurance.
  5. The Foreign Affairs Department shall respond within 30 days after receiving the application.
  6. Tuition Fee shall be paid (in RMB) upon arrival / final registration at the Foreign Affairs Department Office.
  7. Students need to hand in 6 passport-sized photos upon arrival / final registration at the Foreign Affairs Department Office.

Note: CUC will help students with visa application procedures and medical examination, only if students arrive during the registration period. Otherwise, students will need to handle this themselves (for this, see the Visa / Medical Information (PDF)).

Master Degree:
